Return & Refund Policy

MileyCharms.com understands that occasionally we all make spontaneous purchases that we aren’t 100% happy with. It’s all part and parcel of the wonderful world of shopping; sometimes we buy before we try, and later regret a rash decision resulting in an unloved bra or shoes.

  1. For Defective Products / Wrong Product Shipment


    CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS / EXCHANGE REQUEST

    1. Miley Charms will accept your item(s) within 30 days from date of arrivals
    2. To be accepted for return/exchange, items must be in the original purchase condition including the original packaging and all parts and accessories.
    3. We will gladly issue you a replacement item or issue a refund back to your original form of payment for any of the following reasons:
      • You receive an incorrect item
      • Your order contains damaged product(s)
      • Your order is defective
      • Part of your order is missing from the package.


     TO PROCESS YOUR EXCHANGE OR RETURNS

    - If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
    - If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

     

    1. Place the product in it original packaging and take a picture
    2. Please send us 1 email to support@mileycharms.com with the subject “Request Exchange / Returns for Order ### (Your Order Number)” with the description of your problem. Please attach the picture of the product that you just took along with the email.
    3. We’ll notify the approval or rejection and the detail on how to proceed the return via email. Please note that we will not accept returning item without prior approval.
    4. Please allow us 2-3 business days to receive and process your returned products. After we’ve received your returned product, a credit will be issued in the same form of payment as your original purchase.


    RETURN FEE

    If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
    If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

    The return shipping for defective products is free.

    1. When we accept your return request, you'll receive a return label in your email.
    2. Please print the label and attach on the package.
    3. Drop the package to your nearest USPS post.

    LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

    If you have not received a refund after a week has gone by, please check your bank account again. You should also contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is fully processed.

    You can also contact your bank since there is often some processing time before a refund is processed.

  2. For Order Cancellations / Buyer Remorse
    We can give you a refund unconditionally if you cancel your purchase within 12 hours. Otherwise, you will have to wait for your item to arrive before you can return it to us.
    In this case, you have to pay a $10 restocking fee and responsible for the return shipment. Please contact us at support@mileycharms.com before returning.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund for items on sale of more than 30%
