Return & Refund Policy

At Life4better, we understands that occasionally we all make spontaneous purchases that we aren't 100% happy with and resulted in a unsatisfied customer and an unloved product. Don't worry, we got you covered

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS / EXCHANGE REQUEST

1. Life4better will accept your item(s) within 30 days from date of arrivals

2. To be accepted for return/exchange, items must be in the original purchase condition including the original packaging and all parts and accessories.

3. We will gladly issue you a replacement item or issue a refund back to your original form of payment for any of the following reasons:

  • You receive an incorrect item
  • Your order contains damaged product(s)
  • Your order is defective
  • Part of your order is missing from the package.

To initiate a return, please contact us via support@life4better.com  to provide current image of the product / package & proof of purchase so we can process for you hassle-free.

TO PROCESS YOUR EXCHANGE OR RETURNS

1. Place the product in ít original packaging and take a picture

2. Please send us 1 email to support@life4better.com  with the subject “Request Exchange / Returns for Order ### (Your Order Number)” with the description of your problem. Please attach the picture of the product that you just took along with the email.

3. We'll notify the approval or rejection and the detail on how to proceed the return via email with the return address. Please note that we will not accept returning item without prior approval.

4. Please allow us 5-10 business days (depend on USPS shipment) to receive and process your returned products, After we've received your returned product, a credit will be issued in the same form of payment as your original purchase.

RETURN FEE

The return shipping for defective products is free.

  1. When we accept your return request, you'll receive a return label in your email.
  2. Please print the label and attach on the package.
  3. Drop the package to your nearest USPS post.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received a refund after a week has gone by, pleas check your bank account again. You should also contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is fully processed.

You can also contact your bank since there is often some processing time before a refund is processed.

If you have done all of the above and you stilL have not received your refund, please contact us at support@life4better.com 

For Order Cancellations / Buyer Remorse

We can give you a refund unconditionally if you cancel your purchase within 12 hours. Otherwise, you will have to wait for your item to arrive before you can return it to us.

In this case, you have to pay a $10 restocking fee and responsible for the return shipment. Please contact us at support@life4better.com before returning.
